Studio Rules
01
Studio Etiquette
BBM is a boutique experience built on the values of community, excellence and respect. We ask all clients to observe the following guidelines to ensure every session is exceptional for everyone present.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals (more than ten minutes after class begins) may not be admitted as it disrupts the class experience for others and you will miss the warm out which presents health and safety concerns- your safety is always our main concern.
- Mobile phones must be switched to silent or turned off during all sessions. Photography and videography within the studio requires prior permission.
- Please speak quietly in the studio, particularly before and after class when others may be warming up or cooling down.
- Be respectful and encouraging to fellow clients. We celebrate every body, every level, every journey.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in the studio unless attending a specific family session.
