body by me pilates is a calm and welcoming boutique reformer studio based in the heart of cockfosters.

 

we have a maximum of six clients per class which allows expert instructors to provide tailored attentive workouts to everyone that enters the studio.

our instructors each bring something very different to the studio; so we are confident we have something to suit everyone.
